Your Rights Under GDPR
Right of Access
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, to receive a copy of that data along with information about how it is processed (Art. 15 GDPR).
Right of Rectification
If we hold inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you, you have the right to request that we correct or complete it without undue delay (Art. 16 GDPR).
Right of Erasure
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). This right applies where, for example, the data is no longer needed for its original purpose (Art. 17 GDPR).
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as where you contest its accuracy (Art. 18 GDPR).
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on consent or a contract, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR).

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on legitimate interests or direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 GDPR).
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, the relevant supervisory authority for Mediac Marketing Ltd.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a full response within 30 days. In complex cases, we may extend this to 90 days, notifying you of the extension within the initial 30-day period.
We may request proof of identity before processing a data subject request to protect against unauthorised access to personal data.

Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR. We will also notify the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by Article 33 of the GDPR.
