Service-Based Business
Mediac Marketing Ltd provides professional marketing services. As services involve the commitment of time, expertise, and third-party resources, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
1. Nature of Services
Mediac Marketing Ltd provides professional business-to-business marketing services. All service engagements are governed by individual service agreements or contracts which specify the scope, timeline, and payment terms of each engagement.
This website does not directly sell consumer products. The refund provisions described here apply to professional service fees.
2. Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If a client cancels a service engagement before work has commenced:
- Any deposit or advance payment may be refunded in full, minus any administrative fees incurred, at our discretion.
- The specific refund terms will be as agreed in the individual service contract.
3. Cancellation After Service Commencement
Once work has commenced on a service engagement:
- Fees for work already completed and delivered are non-refundable.
- For ongoing retainer arrangements, services may be cancelled with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
- Any third-party media spend committed on behalf of a client is non-refundable once committed to the relevant platforms.
4. Service Delivery Disputes
If a client believes that services have not been delivered as specified in the service agreement, they should:
- Contact Mediac Marketing Ltd in writing at info@mediacmarketing.com within 14 days of the disputed delivery.
- Provide specific details of the alleged discrepancy from the agreed scope.
- Allow a reasonable period for Mediac Marketing Ltd to investigate and respond (up to 14 business days).
Where a genuine service delivery failure is established, we will offer either remedial work or a proportionate reduction in fees at our reasonable discretion.
5. Third-Party Media Spend
Media budgets committed on behalf of clients to third-party advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta, or other platforms) are subject to those platforms' own refund and cancellation policies. Mediac Marketing Ltd cannot guarantee refunds of third-party media spend.
6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your company name, the service in question, and the reason for the request.
7. Governing Terms
This policy is subject to the specific terms agreed in any individual service contract between the client and Mediac Marketing Ltd. In the event of conflict, the service contract terms take precedence. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
